Welcome back to to another article about The Trollywood Series! This time we will take a deeper breath as we dive deeper into the world of Duel Commander. I wrote an article a while ago where we went into more detail about what kind of format Duel Commander really is. If you are not familiar with the format, I really recommend you to scratch the surface a little bit if this is an unknown world for you.

TROLLYWOOD SERIES - DUEL COMMANDER #4 - 2025-05-03
Winner of the fourth part of the Trollywood Series - Duel Commander.
Congratz to the newest member of the "Wall of Fame" here at Alara Games.
NEW CHAMPION Per Sturesson!
For this event, we actually have to admit that we didn't really know how this would work in terms of tournament coverage. In retrospect, I think our crew have done a brilliant job and worked as hard as they can to satisfy viewers and participants during the day. With +10 minutes extra for each round, this really was an extra long day for everyone involved. This was a fun experience for both us at Alara Games and all the participants who visited us. This is a concept we will return to later this year, stay tuned.
Our newly crowned Champion Per Sturesson is an established player in the Duel Commander format. He clearly showed this when he went completely undefeated throughout the day with his Tivit, Seller of Secrets. Per told us in a short interview after the win that he has finally gotten his revenge. This after losing two top 8s in a row during the Swedish Nationals at GothCon in Gothenburg. We at Alara Games would like to congratulate Per Sturesson who will now be immortalized on our "Wall of Fame" Don't forget to sign up for the next installment of the Trollywood Series - Modern, June 14th.
